Quite the Opposite Experience
I deposited 50 bucks and Had quite the opposite experience at Doyles. Software is okay, but found better games elsewhere. When I went to cash out, I had problems and found the customer service to be poor in helping me to cash out less than 25 dollars. They refused to put it back in Neteller where it came from. I would have taken a check and waited a month. But no...either put more money in the account and pay the fees or be forced to play the rest of it. The amount of money here is small...but it is MY money they have. Plus I thought they were rude.
Doyles is ok...but not any better considering the lack of desire in helping the customer.
